The Oxford Adoption Foundation is a nonprofit charitable foundation that was formed in 2003.Oxford Adoption Foundation was formed to help families to adopt by providing low interest loans to assist with the expenses associated with the adoption process.   

It is the goal and objective of Oxford Adoption Foundation to help as many children as possible to become part of loving adoptive families.
